8. WEB ANALYTICS
We use web analytics tools to enhance our users’ experience by optimizing the efficiency, design, and quality of our Website and other Properties. Our analytics tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information related to user behavioral metrics on our Website and Properties, such as mouse movements, clicks, user inputs, scrolling, access time, visit duration, pages viewed, IP address (including approximate location), operating system, and page reloading. These tools provide insights into what works and what does not work for users of our Website and Properties and they allow us to, for example, identify and repair technical errors, such as broken links that hamper the Website’s/Properties’ functionality. These web analytics tools also help us reconstruct the user experience to better understand, for example, where users may be encountering frustration or impediments to using the Website and/or other Properties.

We use a website analytics tool that provides session replay, heatmaps, funnels, form analytics, feedback campaigns, and similar features and functionality. This session replay software may record your clicks, mouse movements, scrolling, form fills (keystrokes) in non-excluded fields, pages visited and content, time on site, browser, operating system, device type (desktop/tablet/phone), screen resolution, visitor type (first time/returning), anonymized IP address, location (city/country), language, and similar metadata. We use this web-based analytics software because it provides us with a tool to track the online behavior of visitors while on the Website and other Properties and lets us replay visitors’ actions. This tool gives us the opportunity to make the Website and Properties better and, in turn, provide you with an enhanced online experience as well. Thanks to this tool, we are able to obtain insights on how you and other visitors use the Website and other Properties; for example, whether you can easily locate certain pages or whether it takes multiple clicks to get to those pages. Information about these small choices and interactions are of paramount value to us, as they can easily make your experience better and far more intuitive and, more importantly, allow us to provide you with a more seamless, customer-centric e-shopping experience while on the Website and other Properties.

For more information about this session replay software, see FullStory’s Privacy Policy at FullStory’s Privacy Policy.

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES
Cookies are a small text file that is stored on your device to help websites and mobile apps remember things about you. Session-based cookies last only while your browser is open and are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies last until you or your browser delete them or until they expire. To learn more about cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org/

Pixel Tags (also known as web beacons or clear GIFs) are transparent images, iFrames, or JavaScript placed on a website or in marketing emails that are used to understand how you interact with such websites or emails.

Social Media Features, such as the Facebook "like" button, may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on a website, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the relevant Social Media Features.

Single Sign-on allows you to log in to certain websites or mobile applications using sign-in services provided by third parties, such as Facebook or Google. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign-up form.
2. HOW WE USE COOKIES
The cookies we use can be classified in one of the following categories:
Strictly Necessary cookies We use these cookies to enable you to use our Platform’s features, such as enabling movement between pages and remembering information you enter on forms.

Authentication cookies We use these cookies to help us show you the right information and settings when you are logged-in to our website.
Performance and Analytics cookies We use these cookies to collect information about Users’ use of our Platform to help improve the way the Platform works. An example is counting the number of different people coming to our website or using a particular feature, rather than the total number of times the site or feature is used. Without this cookie, if you visited the website once each week for three weeks we would count you as three separate users. We would find it difficult to analyze how well our website was performing and improve it without these cookies.
Functionality and Preference cookies We use these cookies to remember the choices you make such as which language you prefer and to provide you with personalized features.

Furthermore, we use cookies to track the items in your shopping cart and may use that information to send you triggered email or text campaigns (e.g., sending you personalized text messages such as shopping cart reminders).
Targeting and Advertising cookies We use these cookies to deliver you with ads when you browse the web that are more relevant to you and your interests, by remembering information such as what you looked at on our Platform and to track the performance of these ads.
Social Sharing cookies We use these cookies to allow you to share content directly on the social network/sharing sites, like Facebook, Twitter or Google+ on which you have a user account. Examples would be if you wanted to "like" or "tweet" about a service or product advertised on our website
